The Treasurer shall be the chief financial officer of the Association and shall maintain all financial records. The Treasurer shall accept and disburse funds upon approval of the Executive Board in accordance with the established budget and submit a financial statement to the Executive Board at each regular meeting. The Treasurer shall submit a financial statement to the membership at the annual meeting of the Association. The Treasurer will provide an audited statement within sixty (60) days after the close of the fiscal year. The Treasurer shall be bonded by a bond purchased by the Association. The Treasurer shall also serve in the capacity of President in the absence of the President, Vice-President, and Secretary in a line of succession.
