INDIANAPOLIS — Naloxone and fentanyl test strips will be available for free at Arsenal Park on Tuesday morning after reports of an overdose spike in the area, according to Overdose Lifeline.  

Overdose Lifeline is a statewide Indiana non-profit dedicated to helping individuals, families and communities impacted by substance-use disorders.  

Multiple potential overdoses have been reported in the 46205 zip code, which is on the north side of Indianapolis, according to the non-profit. This area includes the Fall Creek Place neighborhood as well as the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Event Center.  

Staff from Overdose Lifeline will be at Arsenal Park from 10:30 a.m. until noon Tuesday [Arpil 9, 2024] to pass out the naloxone and fentanyl test strips.  

Anyone in need of naloxone or fentanyl test strips, can request them to be shipped for free through the organization on their website. The supplies can be delivered anonymously.
