“The Spartan Academy” returns October 23-24, 2023 by popular demand in Lafayette, IN! This 2-day training experience is what you’ve been looking for! Lion Shield Instructors will provide a dynamic, interactive, fast paced training environment to accommodate every learning style. Classroom instruction, small/large group work gives way to hands-on scenario-based exercises.

This class is perfect for everyone from the new staff member to the 20-year veteran staff member. They will cover topics including Field/Office Safety, violent encounter case studies, successful interviewing techniques, hostage survival, & much more. Upon successful completion, participants receive 16-hours of continuing education credits from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy.
