On October 21, 2015, Ryan Hull announced that he is leaving his position as the POPAI Vice-president.  He will continue his work as a Noble County probation officer.

The POPAI By-laws state:

Article VIII OFFICERS, C. Duties, Section 5. Vacancies:  Should a vacancy occur in the office of Vice-President, Secretary, or Treasurer, the Executive Board shall fill the office by a majority vote of the eligible voting Executive Board members as defined by Article VII, H. Vacancies, Section 1. Executive Board Vacancies.

Article VII, H. Vacancies, Section 1. Executive Board Vacancies.  Vacancies on the Executive Board shall be filled by a majority vote of the remaining membership of the Executive Board if the vacancy occurs more than 120 days before the term of office for that position expires.  The position shall remain vacant until the next regular/annual or special election as defined in Article XII ELECTIONS if the vacancy occurs less than 120 days before the term of office for that position expires.

POPAI now seeks to fill the vacancy of Vice-president.

Eligible POPAI members who wish to apply to serve as POPAI Vice-president must submit the completed POPAI Intent to Run form via email to POPAI Election Committee Chair Brian Sharp, at bsharp@co.clark.in.us  by 12:00 noon Wednesday November 4, 2015.
