Our friends at The Indiana Association of Community Corrections Act Counties will host the 2023 IACCAC Fall Training Institute, November 14-17, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Indianapolis.
Throughout the year, they solicit workshop proposals that are interesting, challenging and useful to their members. Conference attendees are wide-ranging and include staff from community corrections agencies, probation departments and work release facilities with titles that include directors, case managers, field officers, correction officers, programming coordinators and administrators. Last year, the Conference drew over 350 attendees from all over the State of Indiana who work in the criminal justice field.
IACCAC is seeking proposals for sessions/workshops that present best practices in service delivery, collaboration and justice programming that enhance outcomes for participants in community supervision. They are seeking presenters for sessions that specifically address the following topics:
* Director/Supervisor
* Case Management
* Field Training
* Juvenile
* Residential/Corrections
* Skill-based Trainings
* Assessments
* Mental Health and Wellness
All proposals must be submitted by 11:59 pm (EST) on May 9, 2023.
