CROWN POINT | A former Lake County probation officer pleaded guilty Monday to official misconduct after a woman on probation accused him of sexually assaulting her, according to court records.
Miroslav Radiceski, 37, of Crown Point, pleaded guilty in Newton County Superior Court to official misconduct, a Class D felony. As part of his plea agreement, he is expected to be sentenced to three years probation.
