FSSA Division of Mental Health and Addiction, the Executive Director for Drug Prevention, Treatment and Enforcement, the Governor, and IOCS are providing the opportunity for counties to support development and capacity building of community coordination focused on substance use treatment and recovery. Eligible respondents are local non-profit agencies who have been in existence for a minimum of four years, city/county agencies, or courts/criminal justice agencies.
