Jeff Yoder was the 2006 winner of the Donald "Charley” Knepple Memorial Scholarship. Mr. Yoder has been employed as an adult probation officer and case manager with the Criminal Division Services in Allen County for 7 years. He is attending Defiance College pursing a Master of Business and Organizational Leadership degree with a Criminal Justice tract.
