I have created two (2) PowerPoint presentations for our membership summarizing the 2015 legislative changes.
The first presentation summarized new criminal and juvenile legislation. The original PowerPoint presentation was created by Judge Vicki Carmichael, Clark Circuit Court No. 4. Judge Carmichael graciously allowed POPAI to post this presentation for our MEMBERS ONLY. I tweaked the presentation slightly, and added some information re: HEA 1434 “the DCS Bill.”
The second presentation is devoted only to HEA 1006 of 2015 (criminal code re-write). This presentation explains the new funding for HEA 1006 implementation.
